    Operation principle

     

    The TT series ceramic filter is based on the principle of capillary micropore, and uses the hollow ceramic as a filter medium and the solid and liquid separation equipment designed by the microporous ceramics with the principle of capillary action.

     

    In the negative pressure working state, the disk filter is used to extract pottery from the unique water and air permeability of the microporous ceramic plate.

     

    The vacuum of the inner cavity of the porcelain plate is produced by the external pressure difference, which makes the daughter-in-law on the ceramic plate under the negative pressure, and the solid material is intercepted on the surface of the ceramic plate because of the failure of the microporous ceramic plate, and the liquid is successfully passed into the gas-liquid distribution device (vacuum bucket) because of the vacuum pressure difference and the hydrophilicity of the ceramic plate. Efflux or recycling has achieved the purpose of solid-liquid separation.

     

    The ceramic plate operates for one week. The working process is divided into four zones: the suction zone, the drying area, the unloading zone, the cleaning area, and the repeated cycle.
